GoTo has provided everything we could have asked for in a phone system. Since installing GoTo, our customer service team has become much more efficient. Our old system didn’t allow easy call transfers, or any amount of data on call volume, missed calls, etc. Now with GoTo we are not only able to provide a better service for our customers, but can also track data such as call volume, talk time, and missed calls. GoTo’s Contact Center allows me to easily see how frequently calls are being missed, and quickly re-route to agents in a secondary que. I could not
